TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Documents assigned should not exceed in 1kg in weight. Documents exceeding 1kg will be charged an additional of $1.00 per kg.
  2. Cartons assigned should not exceed in 3kg in weight. Cartons exceeding 3kg will be charged an additional of $1.00 per kg.
  3. A surcharge of $3.00 will be imposed for any waiting time exceeding 10 minutes, if the receiver company is close for lunch unless special instruction is given prior to delivery, if the receiver company has moved to a new location or wrong address given.
  4. For same day service or Normal Service the cut off booking time is before 1100 hrs and MAK Courier reserved the rights to pick up at any time and delivers before 1800 hrs.
  5. Booking made after 1101 hrs will be treated as Express Or Urgent Services. Normal Services bookings received after 1101 hrs will be delivered on the next working day.
  6. For collection and delivery with specific timing and to follow special instructions, a minimum charge of Express or Urgent Services may apply.
  7. A minimum of $200.00 per month is required for customers who request for credit term. Any amount below than $200.00 payment should be made strictly by cash.
  8. Payments should be made within 14 days from the date of invoice stated. Any late payment will be charge at 2%.
  9. Our maximum liability is $100.00
  10. Rates are subject to changes without prior notice. Rates may vary for contract customers or for mass distribution projects.
