To build a reputation for smooth and efficient delivery services. We want to differentiate ourselves in the market because of our unique, positive working image, more personalised door to door services and teamwork.

Our courier services are unique because we plan, organize and deliver our items in a professional ways. We want to be known as a reliable courier company for being able to cater to all our customer needs and urgency. We will achieve this by close understanding of market trends, having urgency and building close relations with our customers.

CUSTOMERS

We will provide superior services and quality to our customers at outstanding value, out performing competition, to yield a suitable return to shareholders and to provide a rewarding environment for all our employees.

We collect and deliver from Corporate Customers to Home Based Customers. For Corporate Customers, we do sponsors lucky draw gifts for their year end Dinner and Dance Party as well as holiday benefits for all our Individual Customers.

STAFF

Apart from focusing on its core business, the company also takes great care of its main asset; the staff. It provides not only leisure programs but also opportunities for staff to upgrade themselves, in skills or knowledge.

In November 2006, Ms Sumira Md Supari, representing Mak Courier Service Pte Ltd, was selected as one of the four (4) finalist in the Young Malay Entrepreneur of the Year organised by the Singapore Malay Chamber of Commerce & Industry during its 50th Anniversary Dinner.
